I want to like this lab but the website confused me. I couldn’t book as a guest. So I created an account. Then I thought I was prompted to add a family member for a future service but the order accidentally was created for my husband!! I tried the text method to get help but no one replied. Then I tried calling the number I was emailed and that also was not answered. Is this place real??
