I haven't received any notice of results and logged in and still pending after a month. Obviously not pending.

This company charged my debit card 190 dollars automatically 6 months after I had blood test done with them. They said it was for a subscription not for blood tests then sent me a receipt for 190 dollars to use for future blood tests. When I demanded my money be refunded, they said I can only get 118.00 dollars back cash or 160.00 toward future blood tests. This is currently under investigation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

They used to be good, but watch out, they are now deceptive and don't respond when there is a billing issue. Lots of labs out there.. this is a big AVOID.

I will never use discountedlabs.com again or recommend them ever. I went to my appointment and was there 10 min. early and waited 30 min. total and still no service or communication from the staff at the discountedlabs.com third-party location—to draw my blood. So what I noticed was after 11:30am they stopped taking customers, which I figured was because they were taking their lunch since the next appointment was at 1:30pm, so after realizing this, I left. I understand it's not discountedlabs.com's direct fault, but this company recommended the third-party and wasted my time; some of the issue falls on them. Don't ever use the third-party labs known as Quest Diagnostics. Just terrible organization.

Signed up for recurring lipid panel (every six months) that was $13 with subscription, went in for my first test on a Saturday and had blood drawn at quest. It’s been a week later and there are no results so I reached out via text to see why the long wait for a simple limpid panel and they responded “results are ready but you have to pay the balance due” with a link to make payment. Clicked link and it wanted me to pay $20 instead of the $13 I was quoted. At this point I just wanted my results so I paid the invoice and replied back that I had paid. The response I got back was “we will reach out to you Monday” WTF! you just said my results were ready now you say someone will reach out to me?? I never had this problem with private MD labs and will be going back to them. Avoid this company unless you want the runaround

I realized the problem and requested a refund less than hour after purchasing as per their 24h policy, yet they only offered a partial refund. Just pure greed. No service or value was provided that justifies withholding any portion of the payment. The only reason they have favorable reviews on here is because they offer an incentive which is against the rules.
