So far my experience has exceeded my expectations! The entire process of setting up my account, determining which tests to order, checking out, and ease of booking the appointment with a local lab was so quick and intuitive. You also cannot beat the price I paid! For one panel (which included the three individual tests my Dr ordered!) it was less than I would’ve paid at the lab directly, and they threw in a blood typo test for like $5! I reached out via text to the customer service phone # on the website to confirm what all was included in the panel I ordered, and that’s where things got… even better!! The response I got about 44 seconds later was thorough, answered my questions, and the employee that helped me was so genuine and helpful! Well done,
