Very easy process. Went smoothly at the lab and results of the labs I chose, came back next day! Gave 4 stars because I had to reach out to customer service for a duplicate lab I ordered and didn’t get a reply until after my appointment. Luckily the lab tech was able to leave the duplicate lab out and I didn’t get charged for it.
