These folks are great! If you are reading this you probably have concerns about buying hearing aids online. I did too! I went to two local audiologists and had their hearing tests and recommendations about the hearing aid that would best suit my needs, but the price just seemed too high. While researching their recommendations I ran across DDH. I called them with some questions which they answered completely. I decided to take an online hearing test which they require, and it gave the same results as what I got locally so I sent it to them. I decided to purchase some hearing aids from them since they have the satisfaction guarantee. They came quickly, preprogrammed with my hearing test results. DDH scheduled a follow up appointment with me within the week. My audiologist from DDH was top notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. It was just like sitting across from someone local. He fine tuned my hearing aids and needless to say I couldn't be happier. I can see no reason not to trust them or to buy from them. Thanks to DDH I got some quality hearing aids with expert consultation at a third of the price!

I went into this with scepticism; however, from start to finish they were professional, answered many questions and walked me through the experience. I was sent the hearing aid and had an appointment with a professional who adjusted the hearing aid. An audiologist offered me the same hearing aid for $1,600.00 more.
