Discount Daily Hearing is NOT the place to buy hearing aids. I purchased the best Resound Omnia 9 hearing aids in April 2023 and I have been without them during that time for a total of 13 weeks and still counting on 2 different occasions. $3,700 and I still don't have dependable working hearing aids. I have made numerous attempts to work with them to resolve my device issues and both times it was full of delays and lack of action to repair or replace the hearing aids that advertise a 3-year complete warranty. Two of their techs have been helpful, but there is a disconnect somewhere as it takes weeks/months before the hearing aids are repaired or replaced. I would highly recommend going to a place where you can discuss any problems face-to-face. I am very dissatisfied with both Discount Daily Hearing and Resound for their poor customer service! I have requested a phone call from the owner of Discount to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!

When I ordered the hearing aids I was not sure this would work out, but Geza was very responsive to my questions and so helpful. The regular appointments with him to get the hearing aids to work for me went very well. It was also wonderful to get reminder messages and calls alerting me to upcoming appointments. This was a very, very good experience.

The associates are very helpful. My order for new domes and wax filters were processed and should arrive today.

Hearing aids arrived on time and the instructional videos were easy to follow. The one major issue I have is that the hearing aids were not programmed for TV streaming. In my case, I was currently wearing hearing aids, so I was upgrading from one generation to another. Now I have to wait for my appointment with Discount Daily to get my hearing aids properly programmed. This means I have to go about a week without streaming capabilities to the TV. There should be more up front meeting with the client to see where he is coming from - new hearing aid user or user currently using hearing aids.

I received a defective hearing aid and it took several fittings for them to finally realized or admit that there is something wrong with the hearing aid, they replaced it eventually but it took a really long time, which this one i have right now just does not work right either, im returning this one as well and done with the company for good. I wasted a lot of time, Taylor, their audiologist was nice
