My hearing aid will not pair with the sound assist. The customer service rep and technician tried every possible solution to the problem. Knowing the problem is on my end they sent a return label with no hassle and offered new hearing aides that would work without pressuring me. It was very nice to deal with a customer service rep. That sounded and acted like he cared.
