DiscountdailyhearingReviews of discountdailyhearing.com

I took the plunge based upon their excellent Trust Pilot reviews and could not be more impressed with their performance. Discount Daily Hearing delivers top tier products at great prices and their courteous, professional personnel provide first class customer service.

Receiving a response. And the clear American-English is great to understand. So far they have been a good company for responding to their customers

Great service great response!

My ENT office quoted me $4900 for hearing aids. Luckily I found discount daily hearing & they were less than 1/2 the cost! They were responsive & communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

No issues at all!

I ordered a hearing aid charger. It was the wrong item but I only discovered this after the item shipped. Before I received the item, I tried to cancel. These items are NOT returnable. I missed that message on the website...though it is there. (my fault). I disputed the transaction but my credit company was unsuccesful in getting Discount Daily to adjust its thinking on this. I did try to talk to customer service about this more than once. Discount Daily was not responsive. It did not even consider calling me back. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I recommend you think more than twice before using this firm.

A warranty issue covered with no problem.

A great team . Took excellent care of me
