I placed an order for contacts on 9/13/24. A Couple of days later, I'm getting automated generated emails saying my contacts were out of stock. I call them and Customer Service says they are behind with orders. Since my type of contacts are made to order, they wouldn't get to them until the middle of October. What?! Then, after my order was cancelled per my request, she tells me I will get the refund on about 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!

The WORST absoultley WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experinced. I waited on a ohoe line for 22 mintues. I left a message...becuse I WANTED TO BUTY THIR PRODUCT!!! NO ONE ever called me back. I finally received an email from"santiagot0' almost two weeks later. He did not even try to resolve my issue or even ask what the problem was. TERRIBLE do not use this place for contacts... abysmal.

Appalling customer service. It has been 10 days since I placed an order. Website indicates that my prescription is "pending verification" as it has for over a week now. I have twice uploaded the prescription even though this is a re-order (i.e., prescription has not changed). Also tried contacting the company via their website, email, phone, smoke signals and ... crickets. The only thing the company has done quickly is process my payment. Definitely switching to to another company for my contact lens in the future.

I see a lot of reviews are recent. I have ordered from Discount Contacts for the last couple years with no issues and fast processing/shipping. This time, completely different. I placed an order and the estimated ship date was for 7/29, as of today 8/8 it still says the same thing and my prescription is still “pending verification” even though I uploaded it as I have done in the past. I have called customer service twice and waited over 30 mins with no response and left a voicemail, have emailed twice now, try to cancel online and it says to contact customer service. I am just going to keep an eye on my account so I can stop the order since I have now had to order through 1-800 contacts instead

I ordered contacts from here. They arrived 10 days later than what they said they would. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from customer service for the life of them. I wanted to cancel my order because it was ridiculous how long they took. They never reach out to me until the contacts got shipped out so I couldn’t cancel anymore. When I went to return, I didn’t get a response until I disputed through my bank. Which was about two weeks later. Don’t order from them. Literally find anywhere else.

One week after placing my order, the status was still 'processing.' I emailed to find out what was going on but received no response. I tried to cancel the order online several times, but it wouldn't go through. Over the next two weeks, I called customer service three times and sent at least six emails, but my order status remained 'processing.' Despite my MULTIPLE requests to cancel, the order was finally shipped almost a month later. In the meantime, I ordered and received the same contacts from another company. Now, I'm stuck with having to return an order they wouldn't let me cancel. I will never order from Discountcontacts again.
