Horrific customer service I have been buying contact lenses from AC Lens for years. A bigger company bought them out and it became Discount Contacts, so I placed my order through them. I have been trying for a week (I placed my order more than 1 week ago) to get a hold of anyone through their email or on the phone. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes on hold -- it's clear that no one was ever going to pick up, if anyone is even there at all. All I want at this point is to cancel my order, which I also cannot do without customer service help. DO NOT order from this business.

I have been ordering for 10 years with great response from email customer service. Unfortunately, they sold to a larger company a few months ago. They must have cut their support staff. What used to take 24 hrs now I have not received a response in weeks. Sad!

I ordered contacts and paid for two day shipping. Almost two weeks later, I still had not received a shipping notification. I sent a message to customer service and received their auto reply. It took over a week for them to actually respond. When they did, the message just told me to call their customer service number. Horrible business, never buying from them again ever.

I've ordered from Discount Contacts many times, even before they changed name and were bought. It always provided great service, lowest prices, and decently fast shipping, until now. I uploaded my prescription when I ordered, and it keeps saying it's under verification and that my prescription is expired. It's like no one is bothering to check my newly uploaded documents. I already sent 3 emails about it and I get no reply whatsoever. I'm going to start using this company only to price match elsewhere. Customer service is trash and not bothering to reply.

I never received my order and I can not get a hold of Discount Contacts. Very unfortunate.

Contacted customer service twice with no response other that "we've recieved your email and will get back to you in 48 hours". Look somewheres else.

Terrible.. I've bought from several other contact sellers and they cancelled my order without any conversation or update.. I messaged them for almost 2 weeks and nothing. Now I'm at work without contacts because of them. Ugh

This used to be a great place to order from...but not anymore. It took over a month to get my last order because they didn't call the doctor as they had said they would. Then they were going to give me a discount because of the long delay and no notifications...I got a bigger discount online. (15% rather than the 10% they offered because they messed up) I just gave them a last chance 5 days ago... I hadn't heard from them, so I called since they said they were "in stock". Still haven't shipped my order or notified me! I'm done!
