Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take your feedback very seriously. I'm so sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. While we pride ourselves on delivering excellent prices – we are not able to provide fast turnaround (particularly on furniture, lighting or appliances) – as stated on our website and communications with you. Please remember Discount Bandit does not stock or ship items – we rely on our retail partners to handle this process. In most cases, the retailer gets the item from the manufacturer and that process was slow in your case. Discount Bandit sends out 3 emails throughout the entirety of an order to our customers in regards to order information/status to help keep customers updated and informed. Our customer care team will work on getting those emails to you on this order. We hope this helps you better understand how we work and we are so sorry for any confusion or inconvenience.

We always aim to deliver a great experience and we are sorry to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We make a concerted effort to inform customers on our website and through our communications that in the rare event that we are unable to match you with a retailer, we will cancel your order and you will not be charged. Please remember that we do not stock or ship products - we are a deal broker and we rely on our retail partners to handle this process. While we make every effort to update our website based on the availability of stock - this information is fed to us from retailers and sometimes their products are quickly discontinued, go out-of-stock or change in pricing. We take every cancellation seriously and investigate each one to figure out how to stop them from happening in the future. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, which serves to improve the way that we do business and serve valued customers like you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us which serves to further improve how we do business. When we receive your order, that’s when we connect you with a retailer. This retailer will process your order directly and ship you the product. That is correct that there is a portion of the charge from Discount Bandit and a portion from the retailer that ships the product. The total amount you will be charged is the listed amount of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Our fee is already included in the listed price of the product. There is nothing additional. We understand that our business model is unique – and because of this – we are able to get you the best prices on over 5 million products. We make an effort to make this process and the charges clear on our website and in our direct communication with valued shoppers like you. We will continue to prioritize this as we understand the value it brings to you.
