We would like to apologize for your recent discount-shopping experience with us that resulted in the cancellation of your order. We make it a priority to inform customers on our website and through our communications that in the rare event this does occur, you will either not be charged or the order will be refunded since it was cancelled. Sometimes retailers’ products are discontinued, items go out-of-stock or prices have changed, which may be the case with your order. Because we act as a deal broker (we are NOT a retailer) - matching up shoppers with retailers - we rely on regular, up-to-date information from retailers. We understand your disappointment and we will continue to prioritize this process as we understand the value to you.
