We are so sorry to hear that your shopping experience with us fell short of your expectations. Just a reminder that we are an online shopping service that matches shoppers with retailers. Since we do not stock, manufacture, or ship products at Discount Bandit, we rely on our retail network to provide specifications. Once you place an order on our website, we reach out to our partner network and they process the order and ship your product. We encourage you to contact the retailer so that they may help you resolve this issue.

We always aim to deliver a great experience and we are sorry to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We make a concerted effort to inform customers on our website and through our communications that in the rare event that we are unable to match you with a retailer, we will cancel your order and you will not be charged. Please remember that we do not stock or ship products - we are a deal broker and we rely on our retail partners to handle this process. While we make every effort to update our website based on the availability of stock - this information is fed to us from retailers and sometimes their products are quickly discontinued, go out-of-stock or change in pricing. We take every cancellation seriously and investigate each one to figure out how to stop them from happening in the future. Our customer service team will reach out to you in an effort to make this right, as we'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to work toward earning back your business. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, which serves to improve the way that we do business and serve valued customers like you.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing good or bad experiences with us and we take your feedback very seriously. I'm so sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. While we pride ourselves on delivering excellent prices – we are not able to provide fast turnaround (particularly on furniture, lighting or appliances) – as stated on our website and communications with you. Please remember Discount Bandit does not stock or ship items – we rely on our retail partners to handle this process. In most cases, the retailer gets the item from the manufacturer and that process was slow in your case. We hope this helps you better understand how we work and we are so sorry for any confusion or inconvenience with your order.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that our service fell short of your expectations. We take great measures to inform shoppers (on our website and direct communications) that we cannot offer fast shipping times for furniture, lighting, and appliances. Please remember that we do not stock or ship products - we are a deal broker - and we rely on our retail partners to handle this process, which can take additional time. These retailers are also still trying to figure out how to navigate in this new normal as a nationwide surge of online ordering and other pandemic related delays are present. We know how frustrating it is that these delays are passed on to you, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please know that retailer's fulfillment teams and shipping services are working tirelessly while adhering to all social distancing and health and safety precautions to try and ship out products in as timely a manner as possible! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We do offer several Professional Service options on our website for appliances, such as haul-away, delivery and warranty options. Each one is set by default to no service and if one is desired, it has to be ticked accordingly. We do not offer warranty options by email. Sorry for any confusion around our services and hope this helps clear up how they work. Our customer care team will be reaching out to you shortly in regards to the warranty.
