DiscountASP.NETReviews of discountasp.net

I've been with them for over a year and have two sites hosted, it's a great service with superb customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking hosting services in the .Net development stack.

I have three websites hosted by DiscountASP.NET. Problems are infrequent and when something does arise, tech support responds in minutes (not days or weeks). I left another hosting service that had "normal" tech support. I've never looked back.

I run 5 sites on DiscountASP.NET over the past several years after trying many other providers. They are the best hands down. Great value and service.

I've used DiscountASP to host several ASPX web sites and web apps over the last 10 years or so, and never had a problem that wasn't my own fault. Even when I caused a problem in my code, their support was impeccable in helping me quickly track it down and resolve it. The control panel is straightforward and has all the features I've ever needed, the technologies offered have provided everything I've needed, and it has been comforting knowing I can count on things working (except when I screw things up...)

Been using discountasp for over 5years now and thier 99% uptime promise is no joke. My apps runs right out of the box and their response time to ticket is good most time very impressive.

The support from DiscountASP.NET is what makes them outstanding. Like other companies providing hosting services, there are sometimes glitches ... like Denial of Service attacks or other problems that get in the way of your web site running as you'd like. If you submit a problem to support, they are quick to respond and hang in there until the problem is resolved. When things aren't going right, I appreciate having a company that is responsive and focused on fixing the problems.

I've been using their service for about 3 years now. And I've had more good than bad times. But even the bad times were not that bad. Their customer service was always very helpful and resolved the issue fairly quickly. I'm still with them and plan to stay. Great service. Reasonable price. And good control panels.

Have used hosting service for many years, and am impressed with the knowledge and support they provide. They have had the usual periodic hiccups with hackers and Microsoft upgrades, but they are infrequent and the staff have professionally and rapidly responded to minimize impact and downtime.
