I will begin this with review with the phrase, THEY JUST WORK. Our company has been using Network Solutions for one of our websites that uses an Access Database for data input. Network Solutions changed some of their permissions and my website stopped working. After, and I am not exaggerating, 4 days of being down, 4 days of Network Solutions telling me that they were looking into it, and 2 service tickets later because Network Solutions was convinced that the website was working fine, I was forced to switch. I had a friend tell me about DiscountASP.net and so I looked into them and liked what I saw. Their pricing was well rounded and though their website looks a little simple for being a web hosting company, I have been truly impressed. Their service has been quick and effective, and I have had 0,zero,nada,none noticeable downtime. They recently did a server conversion and sent notification emails out a month before and then again a few days before. When I came back in the morning the website was up and I never noticed any down time. I would use these guys again and would suggest using them to anyone.

I have used DiscountASP.NET for many years and as an ASP developer they have always satisfied my every need, always providing the latest services and features and maintaining backward compatibility. Communication about backend infrastructure changes is always timely and informative and I cannot say I have ever noticed an outage. Any dealings I have had with the support team have been a pleasure. The service is great...Even for couple of glitches ( that was my fault) the guys from the tech support answered IMMEDIATELY (within 24hrs) and gave a solution to my problems... Working smooth ...Thank you a million times !
