01. Some of my support emails are never replied 02. Once I forgot the userid and password of one of my admin accounts and asked to email to another admin account - I was treated like a thief.

I'm glad to hear that our services are good for you. I am sorry to hear about the support issues. Since the reviewer is anonymous, it is difficult to determine which account this review is referring to. If any customer feels that their tickets were not responded to, please open up a ticket and provide the ticket number and reqest the support manager to review the ticket. We will look into it. Regarding the second issue of authentication, please do not take the procedure as us thinking you are a theif. Although it may be inconvenient, we have to ensure that we are providing important account information to an authenticated user - otherwise, any one out there can send us a ticket with a spoofed email address and request us to send account information to another email address. We will continue to protect our customer's privacy and security with strict authentication.

A very good option if you're starting out, or have a low-demand system. Customer service is fast and courteous.

Thank you so much for the review. DiscountaSP.NET is is a traditional shared hosting platform so it can scale up to a certain point. If your site needs more power or resources, we have our scalable Cloud Hosting brand over at Everleap.com. Everleap can seamlessly scale in ways that traditional Shared, VPS or Dedicated hosting cannot. We'll also move your site as well. So we have hosting solutions that can grow with you.

Site runs like a clock, customer support is strong. Storage is way too expensive.
Response from DiscountASP.NETJun 26, 2017
Thanks, we're glad that you've had a good experience with out support staff. As for storage, we understand that it can seem expensive compared to companies that specialize in mass storage. But we'll never be able to compete with those companies on price. The DiscountASP.NET platform consists of discreet, stand-alone servers. There is no centralized or mass storage available to the web servers, so there is a limit to how much storage space we can allot to any one user on a given server.

My web application is still in the testing phase. I have had only one issue sofar, which was not resolved. I provided tech support with the complete error message but they requested access to the application in order to generte the error for themselves ( i thought this was odd). I didnt want to give access to my application!!
Response from DiscountASP.NETDec 12, 2016
Hello Henry. Tech support will often ask for steps to recreate an error, since error messages can be non-specific or even misleading. If they can see what kind of action causes the error they can be more helpful in solving the problem. I understand not wanting to give access to an application, but that's the reason they ask. Hope we were able to work it out regardless.
