I'm sorry that you are having issues updating your site. Our support team is available via helpdesk, email and chat. You can also post in our forum. We also have our extensive knowledge base where you can find answers to many common questions - like how to FTP or use Web Deploy. We list your FTP information in the control panel. Sorry you were frustrated Richard, that's never our intention, of course. We do make multiple attempts to contact people whose accounts are expiring. We don't want the account to expire and be canceled if that's not what the owner wants. But if we don't get a response to our reminders and contact attempts, at some point we have to close the account. But again, we're sorry if a communication problem caused you to have an email or a web site outage. I hope everything was eventually resolved to your satisfaction. I see your account is still active...

Hi Jesse, sorry about that downtime. The issue we were dealing with was actually very uncommon for providers of our size, in fact, we've never seen it before. That being said, now we have seen it, so we shouldn't be caught off guard again.
