Since June 2008, I've using Windows Web Hosting of DiscountASP. It's really a long period of time, almost 9 years using their services. They've a great support team who gives the required support whenever I needed. Solved any issues within a short period of time. I'll be using their Windows Web Hosting Service continuously in the future as they always evolving with the Latest/Current Releases of all available Products & Services.

I have been a customer of DiscountASP.NET for more than 10 years, and have never been disappointed with their service, or their willingness to assist when I had a question or problem.

Everything is just fine with DiscountASP.Net. The service, support and customer service is top notch.

Excellent service, No complaints great web host.

DiscountASP is fast and responsive to the needs of their customers. They have great rates and are willing to support their systems with the personalized assistance you would expect from a Rackspace or Amazon type of company.

Being a business owner I tend to focus on business, clients and not so much...tech speak. I've recently been hit with several horrible customer service experiences from various companies I "used to" do business with and their excuse for poor service...we just don't have the resources available. I asked myself....is this the future of customer service? Well DiscountASP has changed my way of thinking as not only is there a quick turn around but they communicate in a manor that I can understand....instead of complicated tech-speak. Thank you for helping with the 2 issues I recently had while better yet setting me straight that customer service is alive and well in certain companies DiscountASP being one of them...and THE BEST!!

The most import reason for using DiscountASP is simple - Trust
