We have used this service for over 10 …
We have used this service for over 10 years and it has been more than satisfactory. Their support system is excellent and they were very responsive to our needs. The downtime was extremely low and met our world wide customer base very well.

So far DiscountAsp has been responsive
So far DiscountAsp has been responsive. Support seems to answer tickets within at most a few hours. The set of features available at this time seem adequate for my web site. I feel tho the knowledge base is limited and I find better answers to questions by just googling.

Thanks DM! Google seems to be nudging a lot of smaller tech Knowledge Bases and forums to the sidelines. We keep the Knowledge Base as current and useful as we can (we have an ongoing review process that weeds out old or outdated information), but no one group or company can provide as much technical information as the entire Internet. ;) So we understand why more of the technical information questions are going to Google. That shift was really inevitable.

DiscountASP.NET has made it very easy to roll out a .net web site. Questions are answered promptly by their staff and are right to the point. The knowledge base provides very useful information for common issues and the resolutions to those issues. THANK YOU for offering hosting services for .net apps!
