Discount AC PartsReviews of discountacparts.com

I was able to get all the parts I needed for the job in one place. This was a great option for me and I was able to get the parts installed quite well and in a quick fashion since all the local parts stores were sold out. As I said, this was the place for me and my project! Thanks!!

This is the best a/c compressor I have ever bought. Works super cold. Very happy with product I would recommend

I have a 1996 Lincoln Mark viii that since I bought the car 8 years ago the AC has never worked. Discount AC parts sold me a complete kit that fit perfectly. Thank you discount AC parts. My air conditioning now works wonderfully and this past summer for the first time since I've owned my Mark viii I was able to drive in comfort with the windows up.

D AC Parts- Great job! Best deal that I found. Everything was perfect. Thx J

I want to say thanks to Discount AC Parts for supplying my cars AC kit to Australia in a short time. The kit parts were excellent quality & at a great price. I would definitely buy again from them!

Parts were just as good as OEM. Shipping was fast. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service. Thank You Discount AC.

I would definitely recommend them I got my parts when I needed them it was urgent and they were there just when they said they would be you can't beat them for the price or quality

Ordered an A/C condenser with them in June 2019. We received the part that looked like a forklift had driven over it as there were tire marks all over the box and the box was destroyed - completely unusable. Attempted to call customer service to issue a return and hold times were over 2+ hours and I had called right whenever the line opened. Due to being at work and not having the time to wait, I attempted to issue a return request online. Request was submitted on July 2nd. I hadn't heard anything from them on July 9th, so I emailed to find that there was no return request on my account and to resubmit. I had to email them again on July 17th explaining that I still hadn't received a return label and wanted to do a return instead of the exchange that I had received auto messages for. I had to threaten to submit a chargeback on my credit card as they drew out the return process for over two weeks when I just wanted a shipping label to send back the defective part they sent me (I also had to pay for that shipping label). I didn't receive the refund until August timeframe. Only submitting this review as I had received an email October 23, 2020, asking to leave them a review. Customer service may be better now.
