Shortly after I got my computer, the letter E on my key board quit working. After multiple attempts to email the company, even called and left a message, I had to get another keyboard. So far the computer is working okay.

I was not satisfied with the product that was sold to me through discount computers. The computers keys fell apart in the box before I even pick up the keyboard. The parts were filled with dust . Also, the mouse did not work at all.
