The price was good, but the medication to take a little longer to get to me than I expected

Couldnt understand cs accent, she wouldnt get another rep. Called back 5 times. She answered everytime. They canceled my order. Very nice. Clearly the company doesnt care about customers. This could have been handeled by a grown up transfering the call to different cs. Good luck with that business model.

DiRx makes it easy to refill my meds. Their notifications are always very helpful and timely.

This company seemed like a great fit for me with their very low prices. I had a bunch of prescriptions through CVS that were going to cost me around $700 without insurance, and on September 9th I was able to order the same ones from DiRx for a little over $70 with 2 - 3 day free delivery. About 10 days later, no prescriptions. I called in and complained and they said they had all of my prescriptions except one, and they were waiting on a re-supply. Two weeks later my order finally arrived in two separate orders, minus the one prescription that I needed the most for my blood pressure. I told them that I was OUT of my medicine and that they could send me 20 MG tablets and I would take two a day instead of the 40 MG tablets that I take once a day, but they said they are not allowed to do that. (My doctor did not see a problem with that) As of today, October 3rd, I have still not received my blood pressure meds, and still no communication from DiRx on when they expect to get them back in stock. Their excuse was that they are a small company and the manufacturers do not send them the drugs they order in a timely fashion because they are so small.
