How long advance l have to place a refill order?For the first order it took a long time for me.

Easy transfer from other pharmacy. Way cheaper even when using my ins. at the other pharmacy. It comes in the mail!! Yea , another plus because of disability.

It took a while to get started but your worker Pat is very helpful, and she knows. what to do and speaks English well. I would recommend that an email be sent when item ships. Prices are very good. Still waiting for last shipment hopefully today received 2 already big savings.

I am brand new to DirRX - just received my first order. Every month I was making 4 trips to the pharmacy - could never get them to sync my refills. In the last 3 years - 144 trips (using the same pharmacy) I only had 13 trips with no issues. Issues ranged from not running insurance, out of a medication, the Dr. hasn’t gotten back to us, gave me someone else’s script, only able to fill 30 days at a time, cost constantly changing and put my scripts back saying it had been too long - when I proved via text message that I was notified the day before or same day. The majority of my scripts I have been taking for decades and you would think using the same pharmacy wouldn’t have these issues. I am so thankful that I found DirRX. I am getting 90 day supply of all scripts, mailed directly to me and am saving over $1,000 a year. I LOVE DirRX - truly a Blessing!
