I tried many times to get my prescription transferred, and it went 2 weeks without being taken care of after several calls. I would never use them again.

The negative review has been retracted since I finally got a response. Their prices are often much lower and I did get my original prescriptions fairly quickly. Be sure to check prices before assuming that they are the lowest because some are way off and I even found that was hundreds of dollars more expensive for some unexplained reason. However, the ones I got recently were half the price of CVS

Your prices are the best. There was a mix-up in matching the prescription with my request. Your customer service phone rep fixed the problem promptly and then gave me a coupon benefit to lower your already low prices even further.

Order was put on hold/delay because they were out of stock. After two weeks of being out of meds (after placing order) and waiting and calling several times. Very bad system. Ship out the meds that are in stock and then as out of stock co.es in then ship that separately. That isn't rocket science. Instead I have to call and cancel order and reorder. That is too much that I shouldn't have to do. Also my Dr electronically my prescriptions for a year back in March or April. Maybe as late as june...now the pharmacy is requesting my prescriptions from my Dr again. You guys need to get it together UPDATE to dirx response: The prescriber sent electronically the scripts. I was right there and she showed me the request being sent over. That was back in June 2023 it’s now nov and why are these scripts not being uploaded into the patients accounts? You had this script there was no need to reach out to the prescriber. Should I upload a copy of those scripts electronic order? Dont even attempt to do the flipthe blame on the customer. Own the shortcomings of your company

At no fault of DiRx I felt it took a ridiculously long time to receive the medication for my dog due to my Vet changing the prescription after I had already placed the order. As this is a script that will be renewed, I still need to know that I will receive it in time for there to be no break in administering it. Seeing no information about refills it seems necessary that I call the company to request this information.
