Order took too long and I realize that you guys did the best I felt that at least 30 tablets should be allowed if we have a prescription for 30 and I understand you have to follow the policy and therefore there is a reason to consider improvements. The Hold time at times is too long? Please call 405 5318586 and truly want to help and appreciate the excellent staff support they are the best

It was a confused mess going back and forth between Dirx and my doctor to get the prescription sorted out. Also, I was told shipping was free by a customer service rep beforehand, but then charged $25 at checkout for it. Only reason it's not 1 star is that I did receive the prescription. Too many other mail order pharmacies to use this one again. No thanks!

They were unable to supply one of my prescriptions. They could not provide any reason why or when and if it was going to be refilled. I plan on contacting them in a month to see if I can get any more information. Fortunately I have a good supply.
