good service, could be better communication, might be me.
My only complaint would be that it lacked confirmation. Perhaps these got swallowed by my spam filter. I completed my order, no problem. Then heard nothing, no order number, nada. I was shopping elsewhere when the package arrived, quite promptly, at my door.
