Customer
It took weeks to get my meds. Poor communication. Website was challenging

Hey there! We are so sorry for the delay involving your order. It looks like the original order placed did not match the prescription that we received from your prescriber. Once the order was corrected, the order did ship out the same day. But these delays can be disruptive and we apologize that your experience wasn't a better one. Be well!

I had to call to find out where my prescription was in terms of filling. Once I called, I got a response that the rx was being filled. However, I don't know if it would of been filled had I not called. The packaging was great and delivery good once I got my rx. It took 2 weeks to get my prescription. Good thing I was not in a hurry. The price was good. Would I order from DiRx again? Yes.

Hi Jeanette. Obtaining the prescription from your prescriber or pharmacy can typically take a few days. In some instances, it can take longer. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. We certainly hope that you give us another chance. -your Friends at DiRx

DiRx transferred a prescription from Walmart - where it was priced nearly 3 times higher - and shipped quickly with no further work on my end. Doing everything just as advertised is no longer to be expected in today's world. I was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you for your comments, Christopher. We have spent a lot of time trying to ensure a customer-friendly process. We're glad that you are pleased with the services. Be well!
