Apparently my order fell through the cracks. I ordered on May 19, and heard nothing for weeks. When I checked, it hadn't even started processing. I complained and apparently they said Oops. On about June 1 I heard from USPS the pkg would arrive June 8! Now I have only 2 pills left. I wrote another email of complaint and received excellent, caring, honest service. A full refund and they contacted my Dr. to initiate a new prescription (no further refills remained on the one DiRx filled). I then had to get the pharmacy to provide a small emergency quantity. I think my Dr. was bombarded with requests from Myself, DiRx, and the Pharmacy. Embarrassing. P.S. the pills shockingly arrived on June 2! Anyway, I believe DiRx's heart is in the right place, but I personally won't use them again. I think.
