first time i submit a request for a urgent medicine on wednesday 15th June , was told that medicine will be delivered to my door on Friday 17th , wen duid not get my medicine on Friday night , i called your office & i am told that Di Rx has no control of delivery , this delay was by USPS , i said this was not told to me when submit the request .She keeps saying that we have no control once shipped out , then Saturday afternoon I called again & reported that medicine tracking status s showing returned due /insufficient address which is totally wrong she told me that on Monday we will redelivere to your home . then tuesday i called again & asked , still didn't receive my medicine ..Iam told your medicine has returned to our warehouse ...God knows we will have to make reshipping .. I JUST SAID CANCEL THE ORDER .ENOUGHT

Disappointing-I started the process of using DiRx over 3 weeks prior to my prescription running out, allowing (I thought) plenty of time for slow mail or any issues. I had to contact my doctor and DiRx at least 3 times each to get my prescription filled. My doctor said they sent it and DiRx said they did not receive it, and I would have to make more phone calls. I received my prescription 2 days before I ran out - and only after calling DiRx and telling them to fix it today or I’m canceling my order. My apologies to Brett or Brent who got all my frustrations poured onto him. He was very nice, polite and he got it taken care of. Thank you. Just a lot of hassle to get one prescription.

Prices were awesome and shipping was fast.
