I am not sure who is at fault. I think it's a little bit of everyone. I had to change my provider and that's where it started. I ended up canceling my order, but it shipped anyway. Now I don't know what to do with them? Being I already had the Rx filled at Walgreens.

Overall, I will try it again but it was extremely painful trying to get the prescription transferred from my position. I provided the contact information but there was no one willing to make it happen. I had to go do the work
