Excellent service. Quick turn around

I was surprised. I didn’t believe that DiRx could deliver the correct generic medication at such a low price. Or, for that matter, that the process could be so easy, or that the delivery could be in a matter of days. I will be using them again.

In order to get this prescription filled I needed to call Dirx and explain that my pharmacy required them to call to get the prescription transferred. I was under the impression that this would be done automatically and the email assured me of this fact but it had not been done in a timely manner so that was frustrating. Ultimately I got it and it was $200 less than the pharmacy price so I am very happy.

So glad I found DiRx. My current pharmacy wouldn't try to get my prescription filled through my insurance because they said it had already been ordered and picked up previously. This prescription is for my blood pressure and it was an urgent issue. I found DiRx by chance and the $170 that they wanted to charge me, was only $9.95 with DiRx. I couldn't afford the prescription, let alone the time fighting with my insurance and the pharmacy. Literally saved me!

I first received an email stating that they could not get approval from the doctor's office, so I spent time looking elsewhere to purchase. Then I get another email a couple of days later that informed me that the meds were shipped...??? And they can ship to every state in the union but NC - what's up with that. But I got my meds.

You did good on my first order, keep up the good work.

Just moved from ND to GA… needed to get meds on delivery and they continued to pursue getting thru to my small town to get my Rx. Appreciate this Scott and will continue to use this service

The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and helpful. There was a little difficulty getting a fax to the doctor's office but again, the staff was very helpful.
