This was my initial experience with DiRx. I submitted information to transfer a prescription but was advised there was a problem. During a a second phone call to further clarify the issue I discovered that I had provided an incorrect phone number. Once that was resolved the item was promptly received. My interaction with the DeRx people was exceptional in every aspect. So nice to converse with real person, not a robot, who was courteous, helpful and professional

Price was good ($5 for 30 days pantoprazole), but it took weeks to arrive because was a problem transferring my prescription. However no one contacted me. I had to call when I noticed it had not arrived.

Placed an order for anti-biotics on Monday. Thursday afternoon still "pending". Called customer service and they had no information on the order beyond "pending". Told me that "pharmacy" left for the day at 4PM and were the only ones that could say why the order was still pending. It was a simple transfer of a new prescription from CVS. Total waste of time.
