excellent, easy service

The price was much better than Optum and packaging was the best I have experienced!

it takes longer than store, first time take longer than two weeks for transferring subscription and information but it worth it for people like me who can't afford $350/monthly for insurance anymore.

I will never use a cvs again for prescriptions. I saved a tom of money going with Dirx, their customer service was great when I was having difficulty with transferring my prescription over, and my order came super fast. This company was literally a Godsend. So grateful

I ordered my RX to be transferred from my pharmacy to DirXHealth on Aug 3, 3 weeks before I ran out of medication. I logged into my account on August 9 to check the status and it showed “Pending”. I called and was told that it had been transferred but they were backlogged and that if it got close to me running out of meds, that I should call back and they would push it though. I ended up having to order my meds from my local pharmacy because I was having no luck getting through to them. A couple of days ago I received an alert that my meds had shipped. 28 days after I placed my order it finally arrived. If you’re not going to be able ship out medications in a timely manner, please put information on your website that medications may take take over 4 weeks to arrive.

First time using and will definitely consider using again if the price is right! Actually spoke to customer service every time I called , and all were very helpful as I tried to transfer over a prescription. Much easier to deal with than the larger pharmacies !
