Hi Harriet. Often times when contacting another pharmacy for transfer we are placed on hold due to the nature of the request. Hold times vary. But, if the hold time is excessive (15 minutes or more), we have to disconnect the call and move along to our next order. Thankfully, after multiple attempts, we were able to reach your pharmacy and have a pharmacist assist us in the transfer. Be well!
