I like the savings I can get on all but Ozempic. I still can't afford it. And I was only able to get half of the meds I ordered.

I had to literally call you all and make you do your job.

It took a week after receiving a shipped notice . Dr ordered more than a month ago and still not here

It takes way too long to get my order. This last time you sent me an e-mail telling me that my order was incomplete and one of the prescriptions was on back order. When I picked up my order the next day, they were all in there.

I signed up with this company and received the first order of my psych meds timely. However, the second order never showed up. I received no call, email or text from anyone from DiRx. Psych meds cannot be missed!! I called customer service and a male told me they were back ordered. He seemed not to care. I explained I needed the meds and could not miss them due to bad side affects. I asked why no one from DiRx informed me of this. He said, "That's not something we do". Really? He went on to say they have very few suppliers of the medications they store due to the lower price they offer and sometimes meds are back ordered. I ended up in the hospital because of missing my meds. Unacceptable!! Customers beware!!

They handle getting prescriptions and renewals and send out what I need on time. That, and the prices are so low I don't even bother with insurance.

My prescriptions were sent in November and I still have NOT received any of them and it's now December 14th
