I loved how much cheaper getting medicine from dirx was. What I did not appreciate was the customer service. No one ever reached out to my prescriber for my prescription and I know because I spoke to them. I called to get some assistance. Wait time was short but the woman I was connected to was so rude and impatient. I was nervous enough trying to make the call for her to be so quick to get upset when she did'nt understand my request. She ended up giving up saying, "You know what, whatever it is that you want, you can have it!" I was so flustered and upset I forgot to ask for her name. Whoever you were, remember that you are helping get affordable medication to people with various illnesses, have some mf compassion!!! I will still be purchasing from this website as I understand that this one customer service representative is not a reflection of the entire company.

So far very satisfied with the service. I had to have a updated prescription and they took care of Everything. Will use this company again. Saved me money.

This was so easy. I sent the ordering information to my provider and had my prescription sent directly to DiRx. Once I was told the script was sent, I went online to my new account, I created earlier, and added the medicine to my cart and paid. The same day, I received an email that my order was confirmed and the next day, it was shipped. I received it in 6 days from USPS.

DiRx seems like a great place to get my drugs. They are quick and efficient and I haven't had any problems with them. And the prices are very good.

Same medication seems to work better than the CVS version of the same! I’m happy! Price is better too!
