I submitted a review on 1-21-23 and received a response from Dirx on 1-23-23 regarding the premature dissolving of Potassium Cl tabs while trying to swallow these 'horse pills'. Since then, I almost aspirated on trying to get a single tab down. It actually was very unnerving and now I have to attempt swallowing up to 3 times until it finally totally dissolves to granules. DiRx's last response said that a PIC will contact me and I'm not sure who that is, but nobody has attempted to reconcile this. Somebody is going to choke on these things.

Hi Douglas. After consulting with out Pharmacist-in-charge, she advised that you speak to your prescriber about the medication. Unfortunately we don't control the size of the pill. Your prescriber might have an alternative treatment method that includes a different medication. Thanks for the feedback and be well.

People generally helpful, price is good, free shipping, fairly friendly website. A little trouble getting the scripts from CVS which was CVS fault.
