Good pharmacy trustworthy and up to expectations
I liked the competitive price. I like the free shipping and packaging, although it took longer than expected for my order. Will try DiRx pharma again.

Hello! The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy refused to fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!

The entire process was easy
The entire process was easy, seamless. I simply went to website, created account and entered prescription info, then my doctor found the DiRX info in his system and was able to send prescription renewal directly to DiRX just like he would to any other pharmacy. My regular monthly prescription was almost $90 @ CVS, a 90day supply @ DiRX is almost $14, huge savings!! Thanks DiRx ♥️

This was my first order and y’all had a difficult time getting ahold of my doctor to get the RX for celecoxib. But it finally came Saturday. Also, I put in the code for the $10 off the first order but never got it.

Excellent and responsive customer…
Excellent and responsive customer service for a first-time customer. Needing a particular medicine not readily available locally (if at all) at a fair price, I was referred to DiRx. The sign-up, prescription processing and shipping were explained and my prescription(s) came as promised (actually earlier). Very happy for this referral! Highly recommend this company.
