The follow up regarding the transfer of a prescription was nil even though I called twice to find out the status. No transfer occurred and I had to get another written prescription sent in. Do not know if this problem was the fault of the pharmacy the prescription was being transferred from or DIRx. either way an email or call to update me would have been nice.Long wait for the prescription to finally be delivered, over a week.

Hi Patrick. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy refused to fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!
