Everything went well except Dirx10 never properly contacted the doctor themselves. The fax doesn’t go through, so I had to intervene myself

My Part D supplemental insurance wanted a $650 co-pay for 30 days of my level 5 medicine. DiRx only charged me $160 for 90 days of the same medicine. Once my account was set up and DiRx received the prescription the delivery time was very fast.

The medication arrived safely, and was what I ordered. However, because I was short of this particular medication by the time the prescription was received and processed, I paid an extra $30 for overnight delivery. Unfortunately, the package was sent by First Class mail and took five days to arrive. I ran out of medication three days before the package was delivered. After a conversation with Customer Service, they agreed to refund the $30 to my credit card. I will be hesitant to use this service in the future when I am low on medication.
