I was called by the pharmacist 2 weeks ago and they confirmed my new order from my doctor and I asked when the order will arrive and they said we are processing the order and it will ship. I had to call again because my order never arrived and then the staff said the order was never processed. 😵‍💫. I am desperate for my medication. If I get another messed up order, I will switch pharmacy.

I had to call to find out why it hadn't shipped right away. I was concerned I would run out of medication. but it made it on time.

The price was very good. And everybody was very receptive and easy to deal with.

The annual savings plan is a great value. Communication was a little slow regarding the status of my order but when the order was processed I received it promptly.

Took about a month and a half to fill the order. Some how the wrong script - giving half the number of needed pills (maybe this was my fault). But I can't wait that long to fill a script. Oh called about where my order was and just got shrugged off, oh you are in the Q. Will not use their service again.

Was a CVS Pharmacy customer. Started my retirement without Part D, so I transferred my refill from CVS to DiRx and paid out of my pocket, and amazingly I pay much lower than the copay I paid as CVS. Definitely love the fast service and lower prices than CVS. No need for me to stay in line to pick up my meds from now on. I hope DiRx keeps up with the good quality service so I won't have to go with anybody else.

Prices number one. Service and quick filling of scripts. Great people to work with.
