Hi Robert. IN reviewing your order, it looks like the original order was placed for capsules versus tabs. When we contact your prescriber, they insisted that we had to send tablets. Because there was an increase in price, we must obtain your approval before shipping the order. We apologize for the inconvenience. Be well.

The entire process was simple. I set up an account, gave them my pharmacy information, and a few days later my medication was shipped. My cost without insurance was way less than I was paying at my pharmacy with insurance.

I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but it's taken me months to fill this prescription. Then it was only partially filled until I had to call in again. Once I called in to check the status, was told I'd get a call back, then the prescription was canceled for some reason.
