Easy to order on-line. Had my doctor send the prescriptions & then placed my order. Order was shipped and received with a week.

It took too long to receive.

My recent experience brought my medicine to my door quickly, I feel confident that everyone can benefit from using this program! The value, cost and fast service exceeded all my expectations! I'm telling everyone I can. Many people can't afford the cost of medicine! My medicine was less than my copay WITH insurance! THIS program isn't insurance, Its better! I'm supposed to get automatic refills, but more than a month had passed since I was due for two different prescriptions. I actually had to contact DiRx to get them filled … and no apology for the screwup. Now I have to mark on my calendar when a refill is due, because I will have to remind DiRx beforehand. My heart medicine cannot be late! Otherwise, I am very happy with the service (hence at least three stars).

The first phone call on Monday was good, except for a misinformation about having receipt of order from my doctor. The second phone call gave me perfect answer.
