I'm so glad that I found DiRx. They have saved me so much money on my medications, even without using insurance. I recently joined the subscription plan for $299/year, so I will save even more now. Their customer service is outstanding too. Any time that I have contacted them via email, they have responded very quickly and have always done their best to answer my questions. I feel that they always want to make sure that I am happy and satisfied with their service. If you are looking for an online pharmacy, I highly recommend DiRx.

First, I never received any confirmation that my prescriber received my order request. When I called my provider to check, they said they had approved the request days earlier. Then, when I called DiRx, the very unsupportive customer service rep I spoke with told me that the supplier was out of my prescription and that there was no ETA on when it would come in. I never received any notification of this and wouldn’t have known had I not inquired. I finally received an email that my order had been processed, but as of today, 07/06/23, I have still not received my prescription. I placed my order back in the second to last week in June, and I’ve now been off my medication for about 2 weeks. I will not be using your service again in the future. You have terrible customer service.

I love DiRx, they save me the biweekly trip to my local pharmacy and they’re a lot cheaper. Customer support is super easy to deal with and very professional. The only con is the company is still privately owned; can’t wait to see the IPO, I’d love to invest in this company.

Right price and shipped on time. I did have an issue with a refill in that the payment card that I had on file with DiRx had been compromised somewhere else and DiRx did not notify me that they could not refill the script due to this problem. I called them when the meds did not show up automatically and quickly resolved the problem.
