I always have a great experience with the Reps at DiRx. They listen and they are very helpful.

Quick fill, good price, and speedy delivery. The one negative is that it seems impossible to get single order delivery now. That is important to me as my prescriptions change at times as to strength and frequency of taking, so an automatic replacement is NOT always or even usually good for me. I do not mind paying the extra difference as long as it is not prohibitively more expensive, which it is not/ of has not been in the past. Being able to do this would enhance my relationship with your business.

I just started with DiRx and have been impressed with the service and the prices of the prescriptions I need. In my case all my prescriptions except one are covered by the $119 Annual Savings Plan. (The one that isn't covered is a injection that needs to be refrigerated.) I was previously paying $708.40 per year for the same prescriptions at Walgreens through my drug insurance policy. Now I'm paying $119 per year through DiRx without involving my drug insurance. (Which I'm keeping because it pays for my other prescription which I'll continue to purchase from Walgreens.) I'm saving $589.40 a year (83%) by going with DiRx and my pills show up in my mailbox. Great prices, hassle free. New customers should do a little forward planning and get things set up a couple weeks before you need your next prescriptions. It took about 10 days for my prescriptions to be transferred from Walgreens to DiRx because one of my prescriptions was expiring and DiRx needed to call the prescribing doctor to get a new prescription. DiRx called me and I gave them the doctor's phone number. I think DiRx handled everything very well.
