Dirty Bird IndustriesReviews of dirtybirdusa.com

Excellent service and very quick shipping.

Great customer service. Actual people respond and care about your satisfaction. It doesn't matter how big the purchase, they will make it right in a rare occasion a resolution is needed. Will do business again!

Fast shipping and goods price.

I’ve never experienced better customer service when buying a firearms part. I bought the dirty bird ambi lower. Alex communicated with me by email very promptly. He let me ship them an HRF concepts RCM (the polymer thing that clamps on the magwell to make it super flared) to ensure fitment was good, which it was. He included the RCM in the box when he shipped out the ambi lower to my FFL. I’ve yet to assemble to lower, but it seems to be very good quality with very nice controls, and I think it’s probably the most slept on lower in the industry.
