The only thing missing is a packing slip.would make it easy to tell who the order came from.i had 3 orders of the same product from 3 suppliers.

Shipping confirmation was not clear

I built several ar15 the latest one I got a dirty bird upper now I wish all of them had a dirty bird upper. The only hiccup I had was the shipping took almost 2 weeks to get bit worth the wait

For the most part, I was happy with your service. There was, however, an issue with delivery that I contacted you about but you never responded. For some reason, my package got hung up in North Carolina for about 4-5 days before it finally started moving my way.

The packing and shipping of my order was quick, which I am happy about. The only issue is that when I opened my order, one of the items I ordered was wrong. I emailed about the wrong item 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back.

The Dirty Bird employees are great. I purchased a rifle off of their web site that was shipped from one of their other stores. The only thing that I wish was different is you get charged an extra 50 dollars for some processing fee. When you Purchase a gun from Turners and they ship it from a different store they don't charge you extra. Other than that I love the store and the employees that work there are top notch.

It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating. My second order, the 1st was without issues. I will order from Dirty Bird again, recommend if you aren't in a real hurry to receive.
