it's been over a week. still no parts.
Response from Dirty Bird IndustriesMar 31, 2023
Hey James! We are very sorry for the delay in your order. I confirmed with the shipping department that it went out a few days ago. I just emailed you your tracking number, which shows it's in transit. Thank you for the business and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Slow shipping, both boxes of .204 ruger ammo were smashed. Also after ordering I started receiving loads of junk emails from D.B.I and from other companies I've never heard of.
Response from Dirty Bird IndustriesMar 31, 2023
Hey Michael! I am very sorry for the inconvenience of your ammo not coming in the condition, it should have. If you would like to reach out to us, I would be more than happy to hook you up with a discount for the troubles. As far as the emails from us, you might have started getting those from signing up on one of our waitlists, but you can always unsubscribe from those. The emails from the other companies are most likely a coincidence. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you out. Have a great day!

Could have fulfilled my order before my FFL expired. I'm not buying from them again. Telling everyone that will listen, how bad the service was.
Response from Dirty Bird IndustriesNov 18, 2022
Hey Jeffrey, I am very sorry for the inconvenience of this order. Unfortunately, the order was placed about 48-72 hours before your FFL was supposed to expire. We had gotten your order ready to ship within 24 hours, before we realized the FFL was going to expire, while in transit. You live across the country from us and we didn't want to risk something like that happening. We tried contacting you multiple times, but we did not hear back for about a week. Once we did hear back, we got it shipped out. I do want to thank you for your continued business, as you have purchased from us multiple times before and we have never had an issue with any of your other orders. Please email us back at [email protected] and we can hook you up with something for your next order. Have a great day!

This bird is excessively dirty. I like it dirty, but not that dirty. Clean it up aSAP.

Response from Dirty Bird IndustriesMay 17, 2022
Hey Alan! While, I wouldn't be able to give you something for free, I might be able to get you a little discount or something like that on your next order. Hit us up at [email protected] and we would be glad to get you taken care of.
