Mitchell was a great customer service rep, he knew that I wanted a lower payment than I was getting with Dish and worked to earn my trust to switch to DirectTV. I talked with quite a few different companies trying to figure out where I wanted to go from Dish since I have had Dish since 1990.

I spoke to Sandra one of your representatives. On July 14 th ! She was very helpful, kind and courtesy! She made the transaction very easy for me. I would have liked and earlier date to have are services turned on, but hopefully the 23 rd of this month we will have service! Thank you Colleen Bruno

I haven't had cable in 16 years and the deal and package they were offering was good enough that I was sold. The reps both online and via the phone were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Installation is coming just days after my order. I'll see what happens, but I'm excited.
