We couldn't be happier with our switch from Bright House to Direct TV. Everyone we communicated with, whether on-line, by phone, and in-person was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Since living in Florida I have had Brighthouse for a very short time and AT&T Uverse for the last 2 years. My bills were getting ridiculous...over $200 a month. I called Direct TV and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with...very informative, friendly and helpful. I am having Direct TV installed tomorrow.
